Venice tourist office (locations)
Giardini Ex Reali
The main office is hard to find. It's in 'Giardini Ex Reali', a small park between St. Mark's Square and the Grand Canal. Standing on the waterfront before Doge's Palace / Biblioteca Nazionale Marciana, one can see the trees of the park (100m) and walk to it. The water bus stop 'San Marco–Giardinetti' is next to the office. Water bus line 2 coming from Lido stops at San Marco–Giardinetti. Most visitors however will come from the other direction (Piazzale Roma, Santa Lucia station) also with line 2: this stop is at 'San Marco Vallaresso' just 50 meter from San Marco–Giardinetti.
Correr Museum
This tourist office is much easier to find. It's in the corner of the St. Mark's Square under the loggia next to the Museo Correr.
Santa Lucia railway station
The tourist office is inside Santa Lucia station near the exit to the Grand Canal. Outside is the water bus stop "ferrovia" (train). Water bus line 1 is the most popular route which stops at all main sights including Rialto Bridge and St. Mark Square.
Lido island
The address of the tourist office on the Lido is Gran Viale S.M. Elisabetta, 6/a.
Marco Polo Airport
The tourist information iffice is located in the arrivals hall. Transportation from the airport to the historical centre, Mestre or Lido is with the land bus, land taxi, water bus or water taxi.

In the left corner on the ground floor is the tourist office.
