Transportation to the hotel
Most convenient (and most expensive) is the private water taxi from Marco Polo Airport. The hotel has it’s own private landing. The airport bus (€8) and land taxi’s (€40) stops at Piazzale Roma. From here it’s 10 minutes walking to the hotel. From Santa Lucia Station to the hotel is a 3-minute walk.
The public water bus lines 1, 2 and N (Night boat) stops 100m from the hotel. Line 1 is the most popular water bus route in Venice. It operates between Piazzale Roma (airport bus), Santa Lucia station, Rialto Bridge, St. Mark’s Square and Lido island. In the day hours, the water bus departs every 10 minutes.
Line 2 and line N are going via Santa Lucia station and Piazzale Roma to Tronchetto (car parking garages) and the cruise port San Basilio. Piazzale Roma also has parking garages but these are more expensive than the ones at Tronchetto.
